Hallmark Aviation invests numerous hours to upskill new employees and existing employees in various airline and regulatory training.
All new hire employees attend our paid New Hire Training course to give them the knowledge to succeed in their new career at Hallmark Aviation.
Our existing employees have access to Coaching and Leadership courses. This way we can foster the employee’s growth at Hallmark.
Hallmark Aviation also have a Learning Management System where employees can enroll in various eCourses to continue their upskilling. This eCourses include but not limited to Business Writing, Customer Service, and Microsoft Office.
Hallmark Aviation is also an IATA accredited School in Dangerous Goods Categories 9 and 10. Hallmark Aviation also offers Part 382 Complaint Resolution Official course.
